What makes the difference?

Research has shown that to be effective CPD needs to be; long-term, collaborative, reflective and classroom based.  

The teacher also has to have a ‘reason’ to change and then have the motivation to actually institute a change of practice

What is it? CPD Needs & Wants What is effective CPD? Where next? What makes the difference?
